Seeking a Warehouse Lead in the Portland, ME area. This is a full time, first shift position starting at $22.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff, prioritizing daily tasks and ensuring safe handling of products
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping processes to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, keep the warehouse clean, and maintain equipment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong communication skills to lead teams and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer skills
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery; often requires certifications
- Lift, carry, walk, and stand for extended periods, often in varied temperatures
Hours: Monday–Friday 12:00am-8:00am
