How do I apply for a job?
The first thing is finding the job that you are interested in and applying! We have many open positions and you can always view our open jobs anytime online by clicking here to Search for Jobs. You will be asked to answer a few simple questions so we can contact you about the position.
You can also fill out our brief employee application. Once the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what skills you have, relevant work experience, and what you are looking for in your next position.
TPi works hard at placing you in the perfect position. Once we have all necessary information complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview process.
How much will this cost me?
You will not pay for any of the services offered with TPi.
How soon can I start working?
This will depend on the availability of the positions we have that fit your skills. In many cases, a job offer comes quickly. If you have challenges in your work history this may take a little longer. Please know finding you a job is our top priority.
What if I don't like the assignment I'm on?
We understand that not every job is the right fit for every person. We work very hard to place you in a position you will enjoy but if you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work, we will ask that you contact your recruiter immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We will then get to work to find you a new assignment.
Do I need a car?
Reliable transportation is required. This can be a personal car, a reliable ride to work, in some cases public transportation. Attendance is very important to your success.
How often should I contact your office after an interview?
If you are not on assignment, TPi asks that you check in with your recruiter once a week to let us know your availability.
