Immediately seeking a Shift Supervisor in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time third shift position offering up to $82K/year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee staff, including performance evaluations and corrective actions as needed
- Train and direct staff as needed
- Assist with recruitment process for assigned area (Sanitation, Janitorial)
- Review and verify timecards for assigned staff members
- Monitor the daily dismantling and overall sanitation process of the facility
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, produce reports for the department Manager as needed
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines and reference SOP’s where applicable
Requirements:
- Able to move constantly and quickly
- Responsible about getting work done independently
- Can handle working in hot and cold environments
- Ability to use a pallet jack or scissor lift to help support daily and non-daily duties
