Immediately seeking a Service Technician in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Installing Stairs, trim, siding. Replacing Exterior doors, adjustments, adding weather stripping to overhead doors. Adding bracing to roof trusses
- Measuring for replacement windows & vinyl siding- Including measuring foundations for garages or house pkgs
- Completing tasks as directed by supervisor
- Complete tasks in an efficient, and timely manner while maintaining Quality
- Work with Service Manager to rectify issues
- Communicate with Service Manager if more time is needed to complete daily task as estimated. (as soon as possible to be able to make arrangements)
- Take before and after photos
- Keep Service area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in construction field, preferably foreman level
- Able to work occasional overnights and long hours as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have your own basic carpentry tools
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
