In immediate need of a Quality Assurance Technician in the Lebanon, NH area. This is a full time second shift position offering $22.44/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow all instructions on the Quality Assurance Requirements document and Control Plan if applicable
- Perform Gauging as required on the QAR and enter data into the SPC software
- Reviews SQC/SPC data and communicates out of control conditions to the Team Leader
- Record and maintain Batch records and supporting documentation
- Audit completed Batch records for accuracy before filing
- Perform final inspection and packaging audits
- Perform weigh count
- Completes the box templates on all completed boxes
- Perform rework and sort activities as assigned
- Visually inspect product to the requirements as specified on the QAR and the General Appearance Samples (GAS)
- Document inspection results (good & bad) using the attribute tally sheets
- Perform line clearing in the event of process interruptions and/or adjustments
- Communicates machine and/or process problems to the Team Leader
- This position will require occasional overtime
Requirements:
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs
- May be required to work OT and weekends as assigned
