Immediately seeking a Mass Production Cook/Chef in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time first shift position offering $18.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Food and kitchen prep
- Operate cooking stations
- Manage output based on the crowd and demand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of weights and measures in a kitchen environment
- Servsafe and/or other culinary certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to follow recipes with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in food processing/cooking/manufacturing in an industrial kitchen
- Solid work history and record of excellent attendance
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
