In immediate need of a Machine Operator-Assembler in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time second shift position offering $19.60/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Load and operate fast paced machinery, while achieving standard productivity
- Meet Standard productivity for packing and loading
- Maintains standard production paperwork
- Read job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined results
- Able to communicate and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful manner
- Work safely and maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager
Requirements:
- Able to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards
- Able to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to get along with others and work well in a team environment
- Good manual dexterity is required
- Reliable and consistent attendance is required
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Job requires hair nets and ear plugs are worn at all times
- Position may be required to wear applicable personal protective equipment (PPE)
- This job requires the ability to occasionally lift parts and supplies up to 50lbs
Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am
