Seeking an IT Support Specialist, PT in the Newport, NH area. This is a part time, first shift position starting at $19.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user questions and assist them with their technology items via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure timely recognition, isolation, and resolution of technical problems
- Maintain and service computers, peripherals, and network equipment across the facility
- Maintain and update IT equipment inventory records
- Identify, research, and resolve technical incidents efficiently
- Document, track, and monitor all reported issues to ensure timely resolution
- Configure and deploy devices with company-specific apps
- Train users on PC-related systems and applications
- Manage and maintain user accounts and group permissions within Active Directory
- Provide basic network troubleshooting
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of PCs
- Escalate more complex issues
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 Operating system
- Software/Hardware knowledge
- Familiarity with PC and printer components
- Basic understanding of network topology and commumcaiton
Hours: Flexible, about 20 hours/week
