Seeking a Coffee Shop Associate in the Hanover, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages to customer specifications
- Assemble and serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and balance daily sales
- Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring product freshness and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or food service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques preferred
- Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one
Hours: Monday 7:00am-3:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
