Searching for a Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $19.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all building and ground repair for all facilities, including all overhead doors, roll-up doors, dock ramps, charging equipment and compactors
- Performs limited repairs of buildings and associated equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure
- Replace lightbulbs and perform other minor electrical work
- Replace and/or repair plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, etc)
- Perform basic repair in custodial, roads, and grounds
- Operates and maintains a variety of maintenance associated power tools
- Collect and dispose of litter, trash and debris on grounds and parking lots
- Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed
Requirements:
- Workday is fast paced; some evening and weekend work may be required
- Two (2) years of progressive light industrial maintenance experience
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- This position requires a sense of urgency and the ability to meet difficult seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
