Seeking an Assembler in the Keene, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $18/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Perform race gaging on a wide variety of components
- Assemble bearings needing radial play and making necessary adjustments with components to meet specifications
- Assemble bearings requiring contact angle and making adjustments to specifications
- Shield assemblies, which may include oil lube using dip and drain methods or drop method by specification
- Primary package
- Many generate and/or handle regulated (hazardous/nonhazardous) waste as part of the job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, process sheets, and engineering specifications
- Wash, final process, or quality assurance experience preferred
- Attention to detail and quality oriented
- Ability to use and understand basic gaging
- Basic computer skills
- Basic mathematic skills (Add, subtract, decimals)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm
