Immediately seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering up to $24.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Customer Resource Management (CRM) system and customer management
  • Perform daily order entry; will prepare Sales Orders and enter into system based on Purchase Orders
  • Prepare customer order confirmations and communicate status with customers
  • Monitor and update sales orders with communication to customers as necessary
  • Prepares quotes and update CRM database for new and existing customers
  • Scheduling trucking services for shipments
  • Update product pricing in Genesis
  • Reconciliation of open orders

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer systems (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP software)
  • 1 year Customer Service experience in office setting
  • 1 year Bookkeeping experience
  • 1 year in Manufacturing environment preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday, Days
