Immediately seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time second shift position offering up to $30.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure processing equipment is prepared and operational before each scheduled run
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance program and work orders to ensure all plant equipment’s state of readiness relative to safety, quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment failures/complications and take necessary actions to rectify
- Responsible for general maintenance throughout the facility including common areas and warehouse
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with operations staff to ensure safety, quality and efficiency are always paramount. Provide regular updates of projects and/or work orders to Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and through written documentation
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to apply problem solving skills individually or provide reliable input into group decision making
- Mechanically inclined and able to identify or operate basic hand tools
- Schematics experience preferred
- Electrical and welding experience desired, but not required
Hours: Monday-Thursday, occasional Fridays 3:00pm-1:00am
