In immediate need of an Appliance Service Technician in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time first shift position offering $20.00-$22.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances (refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc)
- Turn “it just stopped working” into “good as new”
- Travel to customer homes and deliver top-notch service with a smile
- Educate customers on maintenance tips
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Stay curious and keep learning new technologies and systems
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined — you enjoy working with your hands and solving problems
- Natural troubleshooter — you don’t give up until you figure it out
- Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, automotive, or similar is a plus (but not required — training is available)
- Strong customer service skills — you’re friendly, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs, and work with tools safely
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
