In search of an Operations Supervisor in the West Lebanon, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $25.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Hires, trains and monitors the performance of the West Lebanon employees by setting clear performance goals
- Responsible for monitoring, advising, and managing the West Lebanon management team
- Communicating and assisting to accomplish clearly defined performance, service and safety goals
- Establishing a safety culture that prevents accidents and injuries by following proper safety SOP’s
- Meets all service goals, by managing the daily SOP’s
- Ensures that all employees understand company policies, procedures, delivery methods, and established practices
- Manages all routes to determine the most efficient means of servicing our customers
- Communicating frequently and effectively with the main office, direct reports and each of the support functions to ensure a smooth operation
- Constantly evaluating route structure by auditing and taking corrective action to meet established standards and route times
- Monitor the driver hours and schedule accordingly to avoid all unnecessary overtime
- Have a set plan and implement the plan for continuous improvement
- Be available at all times to assist with questions or problems that may arise in the operation
Requirements:
- Be a team leader
- Minimum of 2 years supervising experience, transportation experience is helpful
Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm (maybe longer)
