Immediately seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering up to $24.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Customer Resource Management (CRM) system and customer management
- Perform daily order entry; will prepare Sales Orders and enter into system based on Purchase Orders
- Prepare customer order confirmations and communicate status with customers
- Monitor and update sales orders with communication to customers as necessary
- Prepares quotes and update CRM database for new and existing customers
- Scheduling trucking services for shipments
- Update product pricing in Genesis
- Reconciliation of open orders
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of computer systems (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP software)
- 1 year Customer Service experience in office setting
- 1 year Bookkeeping experience
- 1 year in Manufacturing environment preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, Days
