In immediate need of a Packager, Team Lead in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $19.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and delivers daily production goals and line standards (safety, productivity, quality, customer service and cost standards)
- Ensures production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules
- Completes one or more quality and safety report (s) at established frequencies and in an appropriate manner
- Assists with the management of production line employees
- Performs temperature monitoring of the products
- Provides leadership and employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
- Intervenes with employees regarding Good Manufacturing Practices
- Provides employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
- Informs maintenance and supervisors in case of machine breakage
- Make weight gains, check condensation and metal detector
- Performs washing of his equipment when changing
Requirements:

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-5:30pm
