Seeking an Office Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a part time, first shift offering $20/hour.
- Assist the owner/Office Manager with organizing the office
- Assist with filing of business records
- Assist with the implementation of a labeling system for business records and files
- Use and create Excel spreadsheets
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Prior experience in Administrative/Office role
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with labeling and filing of records in an organized manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take direction
- Excellent listening and communication skills
Hours: Flexible schedule, 10-20 hours per week
