Seeking an Office Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a part time, first shift offering $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the owner/Office Manager with organizing the office
  • Assist with filing of business records
  • Assist with the implementation of a labeling system for business records and files
  • Use and create Excel spreadsheets
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Administrative/Office role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with labeling and filing of records in an organized manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction
  • Excellent listening and communication skills

Hours: Flexible schedule, 10-20 hours per week
