Immediately seeking a Mechanic in the Claremont, NH area. This is a first shift position offering $19.00-$40.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Examine vehicles based on customer requests or concerns
- Perform basic maintenance, including changing motor oil, rotating tires and checking fluid levels
- Repair or replace worn parts and systems, such as spark plugs, wheel bearings, brake pads, fuel systems and sensors
- Identify mechanical and electrical problems with both manual and computerized diagnostic equipment
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing vehicle concerns
- Utilize power tools for various repair tasks
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability
- Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools
Hours: 20-25 hours a week to start; every other Saturday
