Immediately seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $18.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Office and Property Management Phone Lines
  • Provide excellent customer service to the caller (prospect, client or tenant)
  • Promptly relay messages to the appropriate parties
  • Return Tenant and Applicant Calls
  • Add a note in Rent Manager under the Tenant file for each Tenant phone call (incoming or outgoing)
  • Add New Maintenance/Service Issues into Rent Manager from incoming calls and assign it to the appropriate vendor
  • Manage Incoming Rental Inquiries
  • Respond to Inquiry Emails
  • Send out Applications
  • Follow up on Applications

Requirements:

  • Package customer orders according to order requests for shipping and curb side pick up
  • Navigate warehouse to ensure customer orders are collected
  • Process Chefx orders
  • Assist with; order fulfillment, cancellations, reships, samples, and wholesale/corporate orders
  • Perform daily administrative functions in Ship station
  • Assist in picking orders
  • Loading product on trucks
  • Establishes a strong team spirit in department by promoting communication and respect
  • Assists with keeping work area clean and organized

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
