Immediately seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $18.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Office and Property Management Phone Lines
- Provide excellent customer service to the caller (prospect, client or tenant)
- Promptly relay messages to the appropriate parties
- Return Tenant and Applicant Calls
- Add a note in Rent Manager under the Tenant file for each Tenant phone call (incoming or outgoing)
- Add New Maintenance/Service Issues into Rent Manager from incoming calls and assign it to the appropriate vendor
- Manage Incoming Rental Inquiries
- Respond to Inquiry Emails
- Send out Applications
- Follow up on Applications
Requirements:
- Package customer orders according to order requests for shipping and curb side pick up
- Navigate warehouse to ensure customer orders are collected
- Process Chefx orders
- Assist with; order fulfillment, cancellations, reships, samples, and wholesale/corporate orders
- Perform daily administrative functions in Ship station
- Assist in picking orders
- Loading product on trucks
- Establishes a strong team spirit in department by promoting communication and respect
- Assists with keeping work area clean and organized
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
