Immediately seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator in the Lebanon, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $25.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Examines and tests assemblies in a darkroom for compliance to illumination regulations
  • Examines layout and installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware, and components to detect assembly errors
  • Compares assembly with parts list to detect missing hardware
  • Examines soldering, both in process and in final, to determine acceptability per specifications
  • Examines alignment of parts and measures parts for conformance to specified dimensions
  • Traces cables and harness assemblies, following cable-wiring diagram, to verify routing of wires to specified connections and conformance of cable lacing and insulation to manufacturing standards
  • Examines parts for surface defects such as chips, scratches, and pinholes

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training / presentations / report writing)
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures with the health, safety, and environmental fields
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels within and organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Be organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Observe, compare and monitor data to determine compliance with prescribed operating standards
  • Ability to work cooperatively with outside regulatory personnel
  • Ability to move heavy/large objects

Hours: Rotating schedule; Monday-Thursday 6:25am-3:55pm and Monday-Friday 6:25am-2:55pm
