Seeking a Customer Service Rep in the Keene, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering up to $21.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Receives orders and follows the contract review procedure
- Enters orders into the MIEtrak systems that conform to the contract review procedure
- Ensures the Contract Review procedure is complete and when not drives the process to a conclusion
- Communicates issues with received orders via the account salesperson or directly to the customer
- Receives expedite and push out requests from the customer and works with production to determine when the expedite requests can be met and with the Operations or General Manager to determine if the push out request can be processed
Requirements:
- Ability to identify and meet customer’s needs and requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
