Immediately seeking an Administrative Assistant, Part Time in the Lebanon, NH area. This is a temporary first shift position offering up to $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Mail processing and distribution
- Invoice shipped sales orders and drop shipments
- Process deposits for custom orders
- Match check payments to customer invoices
- Filing
- Greet visitors and customers
- Answer phones, when necessary.
- Office supply management
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Willing team player
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- PC and Quickbooks desktop proficiency
- Desire and ability to multi-task and remain flexible
- Strong problem solving skills
Hours: Flexible schedule, 3 days a week, 9:00am-5:00pm OR 8:30am-4:30pm
