In immediate need of an Administration Assistant in the Lebanon, NH area. This is a part time first shift position with a starting wage of $18 – $20/hour depending on prior experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Mail processing and distribution
  • Invoice shipped sales orders and drop shipments
  • Process deposits for custom orders
  • Match check payments to customer invoices
  • Filing
  • Greet visitors and customers
  • Answer phones, when necessary
  • Office supply management

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Willing team player
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • PC and Quickbooks desktop proficiency
  • Desire and ability to multi-task and remain flexible
  • Strong problem solving skills

Hours: 3 days per week, 9:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm (days are flexible)
