Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting, HR sourcing or related fields
- Strong background in talent management
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with candidates
- Excellent communication skills
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
