Immediately seeking a QC Inspector in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $18-$25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Strong mechanical and mathematical knowledge
- Familiar with ISO specs and standards
- Knowledge of GD&T a plus
- Familiar with all basic quality inspection equipment including but not limited to micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, vernier calipers, height gauges, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges, Optical Comparator, etc.
- Experience working on a manufacturing production team with machinists and engineers
- Experience creating/revising documentation and inspection reports
- Perform daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid reporting capability
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Mechanical Technology or a related technical discipline is a plus
- 3-years of QC inspection experience in a production environment
- Experience in reading and interpreting single part drawings as well as assembly drawings
- CMM operation a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
