Seeking a Production Manufacturing Tech in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time third shift position offering $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare raw materials with minimal leftover waste
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Perform lay-up of raw materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Receive training from experienced workers in assembling products that require extra precision and care
- Receive training from experienced workers in operating furnaces and ovens
- Monitor production equipment during operation and report issues to the production manager
- Load and unload products from furnaces and ovens
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products
- Use forklifts to transport equipment and products
- Assist in packaging of finished products when and if required
- Maintain organized work areas and clean floor and equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding handling and disposal of materials in the factory
- Receive training for other computerized machinery as applicable
- Reporting any issues to supervisor on duty
Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am
