In immediate need of a HR Recruiting Assistant in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $25.00-$31.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including job postings, application review, candidate communication, phone screenings, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, supporting associate engagement events, handling daily mail, filing, and responding to first-tier employee inquiries (in person, phone, or email) related to HR, benefits, and associate programs
  • Collaborate with the HR Generalist to resolve more complex employee questions or concerns

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting HR function and other management professionals preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and make decision required

Hours: Monday-Friday, Days
