Immediately seeking a Fry Cook in the Keene, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering up to $18.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Food and kitchen prep for morning, lunch and evening rush
- Operate the grill and deep fryer cooking stations
- Ability to manage output based on the crowd and demand at any given time, pick up the pace and think ahead when busy, notice slowdown and slow pace to reduce waste
- Take orders and payment from customers
- Manage and direct kitchen additional kitchen staff when applicable
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Open and close the kitchen on race day
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fry cooking station and grill
- Ability to manage a kitchen in a fast paced environment
- Ability to plan ahead and think on your feet based on demand
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Able to work independently, a self starter
Hours: Fridays 3:30pm-10:00pm, Saturdays 6:00am-5:00pm, and Sundays 6:00am-3:00pm
