Immediately seeking a Customer Service Rep in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $20.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating estimates and orders from outside sales personnel and customers
  • Sourcing special product needed to fulfill job requirements
  • Taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently
  • Accurate invoicing of materials and scheduling of deliveries

Requirements:

  • Prior sales and Customer service experience (2 to 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Environment, Excel, Word, Web Browsers
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) ERP software

Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:30pm
