Immediately seeking a Customer Service Rep in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Creating estimates and orders from outside sales personnel and customers
- Sourcing special product needed to fulfill job requirements
- Taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently
- Accurate invoicing of materials and scheduling of deliveries
Requirements:
- Prior sales and Customer service experience (2 to 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Environment, Excel, Word, Web Browsers
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) ERP software
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:30pm
