Searching for a Construction Site Supervisor in the Keene, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering an annual salary of up to $100K/year.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the owner and project manager to ensure safety at all times; daily safety meeting (every morning)
- Planning tasks to meet the schedule
- Day to day operations of the construction site – typically first in, last to leave
- Subcontractor management and quality checks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- 5 years site as a working supervisor
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be part of a management team
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
