We are seeking an Operations Supervisor in the Allenstown, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering up to $56K/year.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach employee drivers and independent contractors
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor productivity and service metrics
- Oversee daily operations to ensure scanning, delivery, and service goals are consistently met
- Manage and optimize route structures for efficiency and cost control
- Conduct route audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Monitor driver schedules and staffing needs
- Support drivers with operational questions and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain strong communication with team members and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational performance
Requirements:
- Understand oral and written instructions and perform simple tasks
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work independently and as part of a team
Hours: Monday-Friday, with start times around 5 or 6:00am
